OMICS4 runs the multi-omics profiling behind your tumor microenvironment studies (bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, immune profiling and biomarker sample workflows) via our in-house platforms.

Overview
OMICS4 runs the laboratory work behind immuno-oncology studies. Tumor and immune compartments are extracted, sequenced and quality-controlled in our own laboratories, and returned as primary data your team can analyse directly or hand to GenXMap.
Platforms
Bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing of tumor and immune compartments.
Whole exome and targeted panel sequencing on tumor material.
Orthogonal confirmation of a candidate marker.
RNA and DNA recovered from difficult tumor material.
FFPE blocks and slides, fresh-frozen tumor tissue, core biopsies, PBMC, whole blood and dissociated cell suspensions. Input amounts, RIN thresholds and DNA quality criteria are published per sample type. Archival and low-input material is handled routinely: if your material sits below the published thresholds, say so in the quote request and we will tell you what is feasible before you ship.
Biopsies for an IO cohort rarely come from one place. Collections arriving from several clinical sites are registered on reception and consolidated into one batch, processed under a single documented protocol, so that a difference between sites does not become a difference between runs.
A QC report for every sample. Sequencing files and, where the service covers it, aligned and quantified outputs. Result tables for PCR and protein work. Exports in the formats your team already imports, and turnaround published per service.
Analysis, integration, biomarker discovery and modelling are not part of a platform booking. They are run by GenXMap’s computational team. Ask for them in the quote request and both are scoped together.
