OMICS4 brings together GenXMap's own laboratory and a network of specialist partners to deliver multi-omics analysis services, from sample to dataset, bookable by anyone, with or without further analysis. GenXMap's Computational Biology & AI is the separate interpretation layer built on top: multi-omics integration, AI-driven biomarker discovery and interactive reporting. You can book OMICS4 on its own, or combine both under a single point of contact.

To complement our in-house platforms (sample prep & extraction, QC, genomics, transcriptomics, qPCR/genotyping, proteomics, metagenomics/microbiome, and exosome/EV services), we maintain long-term partnerships with carefully selected specialist laboratories, each recognized for expertise in a specific analytical field.

These collaborations are governed by formal collaboration agreements and defined quality requirements. While selected analyses may be performed by a specialist partner, project management, quality oversight, data integration, and final reporting remain fully coordinated by GenXMap.

The result is simple: access to a broader range of analytical technologies through one sample submission, one point of contact, one quality framework, and one integrated scientific report. By combining in-house expertise with a trusted specialist network, GenXMap delivers integrated multiomics solutions through a single scientific workflow.

Example: Exosome Characterization Platform Advanced nanoparticle characterization is performed by a specialist partner using dedicated instrumentation that complements our in-house capabilities. The resulting data are reviewed through our quality-control process and integrated into the final project report alongside all other analytical results.
