Drug Discovery & Biotechnology

OMICS4 runs the wet-lab side of your discovery programs (target identification support, mechanism-of-action transcriptomics and translational biomarker sample workflows) via our in-house platforms, bookable end to end.

Platforms used in this field

Overview

Readouts, on coded samples

OMICS4 generates the readouts behind discovery programmes: transcriptomic, genomic and protein-level, on coded samples, under NDA-governed workflows, scheduled so the data lands before the decision and not after it.

Platforms

Platforms that run a discovery programme

Transcriptomics

Mechanism-of-action RNA sequencing across doses and timepoints.

  • Bulk RNA-seq on dose and time series
  • Plate-format submissions supported
  • The plate map carried through to the results

Genomics

Sequencing on models and cell lines.

  • Targeted panels and exome sequencing
  • Library preparation from cultured material
  • Secure delivery of the sequencing files

Quantitative PCR

Fast, precise readouts on a defined target set.

  • qPCR across a screening series
  • Digital PCR for low-abundance targets
  • Short turnaround between iterations

Proteomics

Protein-level confirmation of a transcript result.

  • Western blot in-house
  • Mass-spectrometry through our partner network
  • Targeted protein panels across a series

Samples we accept

Cell lines, treated cultures, animal tissue, plasma and extracted nucleic acid. Input and quality criteria are published per sample type. Plate-format submissions are supported for screening series, with the plate map carried through to the result tables.

Coded samples and stage-gate scheduling

Samples are received and processed under coded identifiers, so compound and target identity stay compartmentalized on the bench as well as in the report. Turnaround is scheduled against your stage gates and confirmed before you ship.

What you receive

A QC report for every sample. Sequencing files and, where the service covers it, aligned and quantified outputs. Result tables for PCR and protein work. Exports in the formats your team already imports, and turnaround published per service.

Where the bench stops

Analysis, integration, biomarker discovery and modelling are not part of a platform booking. They are run by GenXMap’s computational team. Ask for them in the quote request and both are scoped together.
